GEOLOGICAL AND GEOPHYSICAL GEOCHEMICAL PROSPECTING MODELS OF OUBALAGE COPPER GOLD DEPOSIT

Based upon the geological, geophysical and geochemical features of Oubalage Copper Gold deposit, the experiments of excitation electricity and primary geochemical halos are made. The experiments show that the basic form and distribution of geophysical ηs anomaly are in accordance with the main fractures in the deposit, and hidden Cu Au orebodies may exist in the area with anomaly greater than 3.5%; The combination anomaly of Cu,Au,Ag,Bi is an indication of hidden Cu Au orebodies. It is shown that the formation of the Cu Au deposit is controled by structures and subvolcanic hydrothermal process, from which the geological, geophysical and geochemical models are established for the exploration in Oubalage Cu Au deposit.
