Research on Scraps Paper Stitching Recovery Model Based on Chinese Character Recognition

Aiming at the stitching recovery of the Chinese character scraps paper with the same edge, through extracting the grey value of scraps and considering the line-height, spacing and width, we established the Chinese characters scrap of paper stitching recovery model with same edges by combining with human intervention. The results show that the splice similarity is very high.
