Research on Status Quo and Development Trend of Human Resource Service Industry in Jiangxi Province

Human resources service industry is one of the highly growing industries in modern service industry.It is of great significance to accelerate the development of HR service industry. By analyzing the status quo and development characters of Jiangxi's HR service industry, this paper points out the existing problems, such as prominent low level competition, unreasonable industrial structure, human resources enterprise to be standardized and the overall quality of the HR service team needs to be improved. According to the basic situation of the industry and the overall development trend of service industry, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions, from the perspectives of the local government and enterprises, to accelerate the development in human resources service industry in Jiangxi.
