The Study on the Influencing Factors of Teachers' Practical Knowledge Development in Middle Schools

Teaching is a profession with outstanding practical characteristics.Teachers' practical knowledge is formed in teaching practice,guides their teaching practice and has personal characteristics in their cognition of education and teaching.Through the study of 320 teachers' practical knowledge level and related behavioral intensity,it is found that "devotion","research","writing","reflection" and"learning" are the key factors influencing the development of practical knowledge of middle school chemistry teachers.Moreover,"research" and "reflection" have more significant influence on teachers' practical knowledge development than "learning",while "devotion" is a fundamental influencing factor.In order to promote teachers' development,on the basis of cultivating teachers' love for education,we should guide teachers to participate in research,be diligent in writing,reflect actively and be good at learning.
