Seeds of three legume forages-Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop, Medicago sativa Land Astragalus huangheensis were carried by satellite "940703". These seeds wereplanted after returning. The growth state and isoenzymes of SP1, the germination rate, salt-resistance and drought-resistance of SP2 were studied. The floweringperoid of SP1 O. Viciaefolia Scop delayed. The desease-resistance of O. viciaefoliaScop and A. huangheensis increased. The analysis of isoenzymes indicated that theperoxidase in immature inflorescence of O. viciaefolia Scop, amylase in leavies ofM. sativa L and esterase in flower and immature infiorescence of A. huangheensischanged obviously. It suggested that the physiological and biochemical characteristics were influenced by space condition.
