The Improvement of Young University Teachers' Teaching Level

Young teachers account for more than sixty percent of the university teachers,and they are very important for promoting the developments of higher education. This paper analyzes the ways of providing growth environment to young teachers and helping them to obtain achievements in teaching and research. These analyses are valuable for the improvement of young teachers' teaching and research level in the future.
