Process Improvement of QD128 gas Turbine is a Key of the Component

Through the study of the machining process of gas turbine key components of a nut,the screw during machining accuracy and surface roughness to ensure the difficulties,runout thread super bad,cause trough Milling Thin-walled Parts deformation process analysis,one by one,increasing the rigidity of the parts,to prevent parts vibration,avoid the influence of cutting speed,selection of helix angle correction,by UG cutter programming small margin,high-speed milling machining is applied to the thin wall parts,solves the problem of thin wall deformation. And the actual situation of the production site of the self-made fixture,compile and debug the NC program,the final processing of qualified parts,ensure the quality of the products.
