A Feature Extraction Algorithm For Dynamic Geometry Figures

Searching for dynamic geometry figure resources is a big problem on the Internet. However,based keyword search,classified search and based on figure search are the three major search technology and they are not suitable for dynamic geometry figure resources on the Internet. In order to effectively retrieve dynamic geometry figure resources on the Internet,the feature extraction algorithm of dynamic geometry is proposed in this passage. This algorithm is extracting graphical feature code to mark graphics in dynamic geometry XML documents.Graphical feature code mainly includes the number of points,the number of lines,the number of segments,the number of circles and the number of triangles. Extracting graphical feature code,we can take feature code as a key of geometry graphics to search in the search time. This also laid the foundation to research on geometry similarityor and to establish the dynamic geometry resource batabases in the web,so it has the very high application value of education.
