Research on the Walking Vibration Characteristic of the Crawler Crane

The research of impact Vibration of Crawler Crane during walking has great significance to improving the characteristic.At present, we usually don't consider the effect of preload to the Vibration characteristic of track Vehicle in theory, and we usually give the preload according to experiences. The rigid-flexible model of the crawler crane, road model and track model are established based on RecurDyn.The results of a lot of simulations using same velocity and road, based on pre-tension changes of 6%、8%、10%、12% and 14% are analyzed. according to the results, About 8% track preload is right and the tracked vehicles' vibration picks up by the increase of the track preload.
