Discussion on the research progress of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms

QIU Xu;CUI Jun-tao;CHENG Wei;College of Resources and Environmental Sciences, Jilin Agricultural University;Jilin province jia bo biolog ical techology co.,LTD;
Phosphorus is an important part of the soil effective constituent, human demand is increasing with the development of economy, and result in constantly increasing addition of chemical fertilizer to soil, in terms of macroscopical level, the grain yields are improved, but most of the phosphorus cannot be utilized by plants, and most of them remained in the soil, this is not only a waste of resources, but also pollution to the environment. phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms are microbes which not only can absorb inorganic phosphorus but also can absorb organic phosphorus in the soil, they can fix the phosphorus through metabolism, and then release to the soil, the phosphorus are turned into absorbable phosphorus for plants by this way. Therefore, the phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms has become a hot area of research, and it also has a high practical value for rational fertilization and protection of the soil.
