Research and Practice on Double Qualified Teacher Contingent Constructed in Software College

Software college wants to training high diathesis application compound talents with facing reality application and high practical ability, constructing double qualified teacher contingent with high level teaching skill, vocational skill and professional quality is very important. The article analyses standard and cultivation mechanism of double qualified teacher. Practice proving, double qualified teacher can more effectively culture college students with according social needs and high practical innovationa ability.
