Some Thoughts on Biochemistry Teaching in Food Science

ZHAO Juan;College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Anhui Normal University;  
Based on long-term practice of teaching and teaching reform, this paper enumerated lots of difficult problems of biochemistry teaching in current colleges. After thinking about the problems and combining with food special field characteristic, the author had brought forward some concrete suggestion to content of courses、teaching form、teaching method and means of biochemistry course, which could provide reference for future reform and development of food specialty biochemistry teaching.
