Design of Practice Teaching of hygiene

Hygiene is the important part of preventive medicine and is the required and the elective course in Food hygiene and nutrition professional learning system and it is a strong practical course.This paper introduce mainly on the practical teaching ideas and content.In the course of teaching,in order to enrich our teaching content and increase the student's memory and understanding, we combine social hot spots with our theoretical knowledge,arrange case analysis and discussion, and develop students' practical ability and creative spirit.Through hot case,Health and safety issues existing in life were solved in the form of discussion and the extension of extra curricular knowledge was increased,so as to enrich our teaching content and increase the student's memory and understanding.
