IR Study of Bovine Insulin Fibrosis

Using the insulin as the model protein, the Fu Liye transform infrared spectrometer was used to monitor the dynamic changes of insulin molecular system on line, and the influence of metal ions on the structure of protein was studied. By adding metal ions to measure the overlap of protein molecules under different conditions, we can get the effect on the deposition rate and the structure characteristics of the product. The effects of different metal ions on the aggregation kinetics of Insulin protein and the effect of different ionic strength on the aggregation kinetics of Insulin protein were measured and analyzed in two aspects.
