Research on Evaluation Systems of Scientific Research's Influencing Factors of Young Teachers in Application Colleges Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process

College teachers, especially young college teachers should know transition characters of application colleges,complete professional knowledge hierarchy, improve capabilities of scientific research to suit development of colleges. In allusion to this case, this article extracts some substantive characteristics of capacity of scientific research in application colleges, uses 5 grade II indicators, 19 grade III indicators to rebuilt evaluation systems for capacity of scientific research in application colleges based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), and makes further analysis of the results of evaluation.
