This artacal reveals BaiYun Obo Ore field is fromed by stratabound Ore of the modon deposit theory . Ore deposit is revealed the features by ore–forming materials and strictural control. It is shown that prospecting model of BaiYun Obo Ore is magmatic Hydrothermal activity-sedimentary Matamorphism, which is the base of BaiYun Obo Ore Round deposit.
