Research on EDKF-based Tracking Algorithm of Maneuvering Target

By interaction between an expand dimension Kalman filter(EDKF) of a current statistica1(CS) model and a constant velocity(CV) model,a new algorithm for tracking maneuvering target in colored noise environment was proposed.The CS model can be used for tracking common maneuvering target,while EDKF is of high precision for tracking maneuvering target in colored noise environment.Thus the IMM-EDKFCS/CV algorithm can ensure the per-formances on tracking maneuvering targets and /or non-maneuvering targets.The simulation shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
