A Novel Method of Extracting the In-pulse Features of Radar Signals in Low SNR

Concerned with the problems of the instantaneous parameter estimation of radar signals in low SNR,a novel method that the technique of noise-cancellation with the adaptive threshold was combined with the wavelet transform was proposed.At first the wavelet spectrum of signals was calculated by using continuum wavelet transform,then the wavelet spectrum was processed with adaptive threshold noise-cancellation,and finally the in-pulse features of radar signal was obtained by extracting the ridge of the spectrum.Simulations verifies the method to be feasible.
