Application of MoM-PO-MEC Hybrid Method to Scattering of the Composite Body

As for the EM scattering problems of electrically large targets with electrically small structure,accurate results could not be obtained efficiently if MoM and PO method with some inherent disadvantages were used separately.As a result the MoM-PO hybrid method was studied in this paper,dealing with the problem mentioned efficiently.Based on this hybrid method,the MEC was used to calculate the diffraction contributions,and a new hybrid method MoM-PO-MEC was presented.Finally,it is proved that this hybrid method is efficient by comparing the simulation results with the MLFMA numerical results.
