Simulation Analysis of Traffic Exhaust Pollution in Lanzhou University Based on AERMOD2.2

This paper takes Lanzhou University campus as an example,takes the traffic exhaust on the two main roads close to the campus as the sources of pollution,takes hydrocarbons(NMHC) and nitrogen oxides(NOx) as research objects and adopts the line source model in AERMOD2.2 to simulate the pollution contribution of different sites to the average annual concentration of the two pollutants in Lanzhou University campus.The results show that in the sites close to the two main roads the pollution is quite serious,and NOx pollution is more serious than NMHC pollution.The paper also introduces the calculation methods of different line source models and explores the problems and key technical points of AERMOD2.2 model from the pretreatment of meteorological data,the selection background image,program control,the setting of pollution sources and other aspects,with a view to provide the reference for future using AERMOD model to predict the impact of target pollutants in the specific line source on the environment quality of regional atmosphere.
