Analysis of the Influence Factors for Civil Aviation Accidents Based on Gray Relational Theory

It is important to determine the influence degree of every influence factor on the accident so as to improve the safety of civil aviation.According to the Eeuropean Coordination Centre for Accident and Incident Reporting Systems and with the combination of element event analysis methods,based on the accident information of civil aviation in the world from 1991 to 2010,this paper establishes an index system of influence factors for civil aviation accidents and analyzes and quantifies the accident influence factors by the gray relational analysis method.The results show that the impact of human factors on civil aviation accident is the greatest and personal work management is the most important in human factors.At the end,the paper provides relevant improving suggestions for personal work management which are helpful for the decision making of civil aviation safety management.
