Numerical Simulation of the Stability of Surrounding Rock in the Construction Process of Tunnel Engineering at Gucheng Hydropower Station

This paper introduces the construction process and bench method of the diversion tunnel engineering,simulates the interaction between the surrounding rock and the lining by using the ANSYS software as the platform and the rock mechanical model,and analyzes the dynamic adjustment process of the surrounding rock stress and the deformation law of the surrounding rock.The results show the bending moment value and shearing force are the largest at the top of the tunnel,so the top of the tunnel is the most easily to be damaged.According to the monitoring data in the construction process,the paper predicts the ultimate convergence of the tunnel section,which meets the regulatory requirements,and the result indicates that the initial support design can meet the requirements of the stability of the surrounding rock.
