Monopoly and the Motivity for Change

A monopoly, especially a natural monopoly tends to refuse internal change because the pressure from external competition does not exist.This paper, based on the analysis of the nature of monopoly, the practice of Chinese monopolies and the study of international experience, discusses the ways and measures that may generate pressure and bring about motives for change and improvement.
