Ventilation Performance Experimental Research on the Protective Isolation System of Oil and Gas Workplace Operation

The protective isolation system of oil and gas workplace operation is an important means of isolated protection to operate the oil and gas maintenance of workplace. Point at the pilot testing of the ability of the smoke output at workplace generated by the combustible gas and the welding operation,the spatial distribution of the internal concentration of combustible gases was analyzed. The concentrations of different leak intensities for flammable gas exhausted and the concentrations of different intensities of the discharge for welding smoke were tested. The results show that it is safe to work in the system when the intensity of the combustible gas leak is less than 2 L /min,the distribution of internal gas concentration is mainly affected by the air flow and leak positions,usually gathered at the leak point; with the current wind providing strength,the weld smoke can be effectively removed,but the concentration of welding points are more clustered near the welding point,which needs to improve part exhausting.
