Molecular design,synthesis and applications of DNA hydrogel

DNA nanotechnology is one of the most important fields of nanobiotechnology,showing rapid development.A variety of DNA-based materials were prepared through rational molecular design and controlled synthesis.DNA hydrogel has been one of the most important bulk-scale DNA materials and exhibited very wide applications,especially in the biomedical field.This review introduces the molecular design principle,synthesis methods and applications of DNA hydrogel,highlighting the recent important progresses.
