Discussion on Analysis Paradigms of Organizational Innovation

For a long time, people have analyzed organizational innovation mainly from the angle of technology and transaction costs. With the arrival of era of knowledge- based economy, the new round tide of organizational innovation needs us understand organizational innovation problem from new angle. Based on recommending the paradigm of organizational innovation that about technological theory and transaction costs theory, we propose to introduce the factor of human capital into the analysis of organizational innovation, and establish the analysis paradigm of organizational innovation which based on human capital theory.
