The Conditions of Corporate Clusters' Formation

The corporate cluster is one of the most important studying areas in recent years, but there is still no systemic studying about the mechanism of corporate clusters' formation. This paper argues that long value chains, global markets and knowledge leading region are the core prerequisites of corporate clusters' formation. We also argue that mature institutions and good social capital are the subsidiary conditions. At last we give some advice to the development of regional economy with the guiding of our arguments.
