HR bundles:new perspectives of human resource management

Ma ke-yi, Wang Zhong-ming (School of Management in Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310028, China)  
HR bundles is new research and practice perspectives of human resource management in recent years. Based on SHRM theory and resource-based view, this paper explains the definition and functional mechanism of HR bundles, reviews the conclusions of empirical analysis, and briefly summarizes the shortcoming of research and practice in the past. At last, two kinds of models about HR bundles have been pointed out: HR bundles models based on competency; HR dynamic fit bundles models.
