Research and Application of Mathematical Model of Product Grain-size Featureof Secondary Crusher

In the light of the industrial test of discharge end of 1750 standard cone crusher,the datum were collected and sorted out,and mathematical expressions were selected,so as to derive the relative grain-size parameters a and k values of product grain-size feature curve of different discharge ends of secondary crushers in practical measure.And based on this,the mathematical model of the product grain-size feature curve of the secondary crusher was established.Through the industrial practice,the model may well predict the product's output of the secondary crusher and overcome "wrong adjustment" of the discharge end size.The product's output was in optimum balance control in production.
