Research on Process of Manganese Carbonate for Soft Magnetic Ferrite Produced by Directly Acid Leaching of Soft Manganese Ore

The production procedure of manganese sulfate solution is presented. The soft manganese ore containing manganese of 26%～34% and pyrite react with sulfuric acid to produce the manganese sulfate solution. The process and technical conditions of synthetic production of the manganese carbonate for the soft magnetic ferrite after deep purification are discussed. The product quality meets the needs of standards. The leaching rate of manganese reaches 96% and total synthetic recovery is above 96%.
