Reform empirical teaching method to train students' competence——Probing into the effects of temperature on salivary amylase activity

Temperature is one of the factors affecting the activity of salivary amylase.Under the guidance of biochemical empirical advisors,students probe into experiments on their own by means of acquiring information,raising questions,presuming premises,designing experiment,operatingexperiment,collecting data,deducing results,exchange assessment,reproducing problems and furthering inquiry so as to reform traditional testifying experiment pattern,which is of great benefit to train students' scientific inquiring competence.
