Preventing and Removing of Blue Stain from Pine Timber

In order to produce high quality pine timber and increase its additional value,it is a key link to solve the problem of pine timber blue stain. In experiments,different chemicals and their combinations were used for preventing and removing of blue stain from pine timber. Based on exploration and orthogonal experiment results,the best recipe for anti-stain treatment was:0.75% A1 +0.50%A3 + 0.10%B,and its preventing efficiency reached to 100% during experiment period of 10 weeks. The result of blue stain removing experiment showed:after attacked timber socked into 5%C solution with temperature being 50- 60℃ and pH being about 10 for 3-5 minutes, the blue stain could be removed completely.
