Objective:To isolate, culture stem cells from the human adult dental pulp, then analyze the immunophenotyte of them.Method:Mono-cell suspension was separated from the human adult dental pulp with collagenaseⅠ digestion. Cell clones were subcultured after 14 days. 2 cell clones were chosen randomly and cultured. Bone marrow mesenchyme stem cell considered as reference standard, immunophenotype of dental pulp stem cells was analyzed by compared with the ectodermesenchyme stem cells with the method of immunohistochemistry.Reslut: The human pulp stem cells were grown with colony shape. Cell clones could be formed. Various cell surface marks were expressed. Conclusion:Adult stem cells that can be grown with colone shape may exist in the human dental pulp. The immunophenotype of the stem cells appears various.
