The analysis of effect of millimeter wave and quercetin on the attachment efficiency of squamous cell carcinomas of human tongue in vitro

Objective:To observe the change of millmeter Wave (mmW) on the attachment efficiency of squamous cell carcinomas of human tongue in vitro. Method:The effects of mmW (36.9 GHz、10 mW/cm 2) on the attachment efficiency of the human squamous cell line were evaluated by the methods of cell counting .And observe cooperate effective with anticancer Quercetin (QUE) with the positive control group.Result:When a five-day treatment .Tca8113 cells attachment efficiency decreased significantly compared with the control group, the discrepancy is significant(P0.01);there are cooprate effective whten mmW works in coordination with quercetin.Conclusion: mmW can reduce the attachment efficiency of the human squamous cell,mmW may be prevented transfer and invade of the human squamous cell.
