objective:To evaluate osteogenesis of bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) in combination with TCP/HA in vivo, providing a study model for bone tissue engineering.Method:BMSCs were obtained from New Zealand White rabbit. Biological characteristics of BMSCs were identified by morphology and immunocytochemistry. Meanwhile, the explants of BMSCs and TCP/HA ,implanted into autogenous masseter of the rabbit, were observed by histology 14 weeks later.Result:BMSCs were cultured successfully. The result of immunocytochemical stain showed that BMSCs expressed collagen I. Mineralization nodules were demonstrated after 14 days of induction with mineralization medium. The explants of BMSCs and TCP/HA could product bone tissue. Conclusion:Transplant of BMSCs in combination with TCP/HA is a favorable bone tissue engineering way.
