Studying on the electrophysiological effects of bullfrog nerve tissue influenced by static magnetic fields

Objective:Studying on the electrophysiological effects of bullfrog nerve tissue are whether influenced by static magnetic fields with different exposure time and temperatures.Method:Isolating sciatic nerve from bullfrogs,we observe the change situations of nerve excitability and conduction,with the help of electrophysiological recordings under different exposure time(before exposure during exposure 30 min,1 h,6 h,after exposure)and temperature(10 ℃、25 ℃、37 ℃).Result:There were significantly on nerve excitabilities of both exposure groups under different temperatures.Conduction:No significant changes of the active speeds and conductive velocity were found in two exposure groups during exposure and in post-exposure periold.There were significantly different effects on nerve excitabilities of both exposure groups under different temperatures.The excitability of nerve tissue decreased significantly in 37 ℃.
