The preliminary research on the performance of light curing adhesive

Objective:The light curing nano-adhesives were prepared and its performance were preliminary studied. Method:Orthogonal samples prepared from multiple adhesives,discuss the effects of various factors on the material mechan-ics performance,to explore suitable formula ratio and technological parameters. Result:The optimal ratio of uv-curable adhesives for the content of the initiator Darocur 1173 accounted for 1 %,nano SiO2 content is 50 %, the matrix resin and diluent monomer(Bis-GMA:TEGDMA) the proportion of 1:1. Conclusion:The optimal,the comprehensive performance of uv-curable adhesives can be used in clinical.
