Mandibular first molar adjacent tooth surface defects of pile nuclear crown three-dimensional finite element stress analysis

Objective:the application of three dimensional finite element analysis of mandibular first molar mesial adjacent tooth surface defect situations different quantity,different position when the fiber pile nuclear crown prosthesis stress of the dentin. Method:use the method of grouping almost lateral root of tongue were used respectively to a tube into the fiber pile;Mesial buccal lateral root tube into the fiber pile one;Near your tongue and buccal tube into the fiber pile one;Root canal without a fiber post implantation;Adopt resin nuclear and cobalt chromium alloy PFM crown restoration. Test under the condition of the vertical force or 45° teeth under the load von mises stress and the maximum tensile stress of the peak. Result:as the change of root pile number,A- on residual dentine between group D Von mises stress,the maximum tensile stress of the stress peak value. Root pile nuclear stress at 45° direction loading were greater than the vertical direction,which has significant difference(P 0.05). Should be sought to show tooth neck stress slightly higher,other parts of the stress value is small,distribution more uniform,present a low stress distribution on the root tube wall condition;45°tooth resultant force loading compared with vertical load,the stress increased obviously. Conclusion:the tooth body strength with the rest of the tooth body is close to the organization,the remaining tooth tissue is less,its stress is larger,the possibility of a fractured tooth,the greater the clinically on the premise of pile nuclear strength enough,should be kept as much as possible healthy tooth tissues,root canal expanded,less as far as possible to reduce the root stress of the pipe wall,reduce the chance of root fracture. In the repair process should try to reduce the lateral force,USES the appropriate reduce the tooth tip Angle,the grinding tooth to tooth too steep method such as tooth tip,in order to reduce the lateral force of tooth tooth stress size and distribution,the influence of the fractured tooth to reduce the risk and increase the service life of the restoration.
