Objective: To study the clinical effect of root canal therapy and crown restoration in cracked teeth with pulpitis. Methods: A total of 60 patients with cracked tooth pulp were observed, that were divided into two groups. The number of patients in each group was 30 cases, using traditional methods of treatment of patients in the control group, and using dare canal therapy combined crown restoration in experimental group patients, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results: The treatment efficiency of the combined control group was 90% and 60% respectively, and the total effective number of the experimental group was 27% higher than that of the control group, with statistical significant difference( P 0. 05). The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 90%,80% in the control group, and that in the control group was lower than that of the experimental group, with statistical significant difference( P 0. 05). The two groups before treatment were no significant differences in dental health score( P 0. 05). The dental health score of experimental group after treatment( 12. 6 ± 8. 9) was higher than that of control group( 10. 4 ± 8. 5),with statistical significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Crown restoration and root canal treatment of cracked tooth pulp disease in patients with significant clinical effect can reduce the pain of patients.
