Wu Huihua et al.Department of Stomatology,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical University,Wuhan,430030.
Measurements of sIgA and Lysozyme level in saliva were taken and situation of oral lesions observed preoperatively and postoperatively in 37 patients who receive kindney transplantation. There are 41% of all the postoperative patients developed oral lesions. The lesions include:dry mouth, oral mucous ulceration, ingival pale andhairy tongue.Compared with normal people and preoperative patients ,sIgA level of dry mouth group increased significantly( P 0.05),this level of hairy tongue group decreased. The result suggests that oral lesions are kinds of immune diseases after kidney trasplantation.Changes of sIgA level is a kind of immune response to maintain the integration of the body.Lysozyme as one of nonspecific immunity of the body,is of special meaming for renal patients.
