Analysis of effectiveness of anti helicobacter pylori treatment of oral lichen planus.

In order to look for a valid way of treating oral lichen planus(OLP), 60 Heliobacter pylori(HP) positive patients were grouped and treated strictly. The results showed that there was significantly different between traditional and anti HP therapy, and the excellent rate of triple or tetratherapy were enhanced obviously. Therefore, anti HP therapy is a valid way of treating OLP related to HP, and rational administration can avoid the production of drug resistant,thus avoid recurrence of OLP.
