Results:Sixty-two cases were treated with modified fenestration. The later results were assessed According to JOA scale system and recovery ratio. The preoperative average JOA scale score was 5 point (range 3 to 7 points). The postoperative averge JOA scale score was 9.5 point (range 8 to 11 points).
