The Study on Postcesarean Analgesia by Epidural Injection of Buprenophine

Objective: To assess the clinic value of epidural buprenophine for postcesarean pain relief. Methods: Ninety ASAI -Ⅱ patients undergoing elective cesarean section were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in the B1 group received 0. 15 mg buprenorphine(5 ml) by epidural; patients in the B2 group received 0.075 mg buprenorphine(5 ml);patients in the C group received 5 ml normal saline. Analgesia effect was assessed by Prince-Henry score,incidence of side effects were recorded. Results:Analgesia effects in the B1 and B2 groups were better than group C,otherwise, side effects in group B1 were markedly more than group C. Conclusion:Epidural injection of 0.075 mg buprenorphine for postcesarean analgesia is better and there are fewer side effects.
