A Oinical Analysis of 96 Case of Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes

Objective:To study the risk factors of preterm premature rupture of membranes(PPROM)and Pregnant outcome. Methods:96 patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes were reviewd retrospectively. Results: 61.2% of PPROM had risk factors. Compared to 34+1~36+6 weeks gestation, the patients of 28~34ws gestation showed higher mortality and morbidity of newborn and lower rate of caesarean section(P0. 05)and produced less weighty neonatal(P0.01). Conclusion: Patients with different week of pregnancy should be treated with different methods which is the key to decrease the prenatal complications.
