Objective: To study the efficacy and safery of low-dose succinylcholine in the Intubation of general anaesthesia. Methods:50 patients( ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ) underwent general aneasthesia were allocated to receive different dose(0. 5mg/kg and 1. 5mg/ kg) succinylcholine. The alteration of cardiovascular system, muscular relaxation, adverse reaction and complication were observed. Results:Pre-effect time of low-dose is about 2. 24 min, longer than that of the large-dose. Duration of apnea was about 2. 17 min, shorten than that of large-dose. Situation of muscular relaxation and intubation condition was good. Effect of cardiovascular system did not differ significantly from that of large-dose(P0.05). Conclusion: Low-dose succinylcholine can provide satisfactory condition for intubation, although the adverse reaction and complication were not diminished correspondingly.
