Diffraction Enhanced Imaging (DEI) Medical Imaging Experiment in the BSRF

Objective:With the exceptionally excellent, DEI is used to image on medical samples and the imaging result is evaluated. Methods:Samples including liver and kidney are imaged in diffraction-enhanced imaging (DEI), the result is compared with pathology and conventional absorption images, the resolution is obtained by micro - magnify method, imaging is performed in different locations of the rocking curve. Results: The images are of high resolution, more microstructures. Location has significant influence on imaging. Conclusion:DEI is superiority on displaying of weak-absorption tissue( soft tissue), the application foreground may well be wide.
