The present study ,successive to our previous report, was under-taken to determine the tissues distribution, excretion, biotransformation and metabolism of LHRH-A in rat. Its tissue distribution after administration would be arranged in an ascending order of radioactivity : kidney, liver and glandular tissues. The results of urine HPLC and plasma TLC suggested that only the catabolic products without the original LHRH-A would be found in urine. 12 minutes after intravenous administration, the greater part of LAHR-A was-found transforming into a plasma binding from instead of a free form.
