Study on standardization of major hazard installations supervise information systems and basic data elements

Major hazard installations safety supervision should be carried out by information technology. But due to the lack of relative standards and codes, the completed safety supervise information systems at all levels work as information isolated islands and are incompatible with each other. This study analyzed the content and demand of the standardization construction for major hazard installations supervision information system, and proposed that data standardization regulations were the most urgent task facing us now. Based on the examination of working process and content of government affair about major hazard installations supervision, the basic data elements were extracted with full process integrated fine modeling method and the detail of data elements and XML based data exchanging norm compilation was studied.
