Study of fully mechanized mining face dust pollution status

Using FC-4 reparable coal dust sampling instruments equipment, measured the dust concentration in the mining face of fully mechanized under downwind, head winds cutting coal, Moving supporter and caving coal four different conditions. Analyzed the dust in different working conditions caused the fully mechanized mining face pollution basic rules. The results show that, shearer cutting coal is the Face first major dust source, the maximum concentration of dust 890mg/m3 reached. Moving supporter is the fully mechanized coal face second-largest dust source. Caving coal height and frequency is making an impact on the mining face pollution. At the same time, indicating to adopt comprehensive dust control measures to reduce the pollution level is the best way.
