WANG Lei, CHEN Guo-hua(South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640, China)
In China, safety management in most enterprises does not work well as it is expected, which is due to external interferences and the power of safety professionals which do not match their responsibilities. Aiming at this problem, the paper analyzed the composition of enterprises' safety management system from three aspects which were physics (Wuli), matter (Shili) and personnel (Renli), according to Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR) methodology. Then an operation model on how to perform safety management efficiently was put forward based on WSR principle, which specially emphasized the importance of the communication between safety professionals and enterprise administrators. By this way, the authorities of safety management can be established and will be helpful to reach enterprises' safety target.
